POST WORKOUT STRETCHING

Stretching your muscles after a workout is essential because it enhances flexibility and reduces muscle tension!! Not stretching will only increase tightness in the body, causing muscles to pull on joints and major pain. Stretching doesn’t take a lot of time. If you give yourself 5-10 minutes to stretch after a workout to cool down and open your muscles, you will see major differences. Incorporating these four stretches to your routine will create a well-balanced workout routine :)
